May 2014 Public Salon

In days gone by, the Salons of France were where ideas and people that were changing society came together. The results were revolutionary – literally! Lynn and I want to bring back the concept of the Salon and make it relevant to our modern world. We bring eight very different people together and give them seven short minutes to share something they are passionate about. People interact through texts and tweets that scroll through on the overhead screen. We keep the lobby (and the bar) open for discussions afterward. This Wednesday we host our 19th Public Salon at the Vancouver Playhouse Theatre. Join us.
