Vancouver-False Creek residents gather at Barbara-Jo’s Books to Cooks in the riding’s Armoury district to listen to Sam and meet world renowned aboriginal chef Andrew George Jr.
Chef George described his contribution of aboriginal cuisine at the 2010 Olympics and Paralympics, his participation in the World Culinary Olympics and his efforts to teach aboriginal cooking techniques to hundreds of future aboriginal chefs.
